Would the inclusion of "Financing Options Available at XXXXXXX Bank" cause a RESPA Section 8 violation? A local realtor has properties for sale and would like to include verbiage of this nature on their For Sale signs.

If you are a bank, there is no requirement to include an NMLS # in advertising.
