The FAQ # 17 mentions a 35q – Unauthorized electronic intrusion and 35a - Account Takeover

I have the release February 2025 SAR and it doesn’t have these – am I missing something? #35 is all on Gaming Activities and #38a shows Account Takeover

i plan on reaching out to FINCEN but wasn't sure if anyone had any insight to this issue

The FAQ is out of date and referencing the previous version of the SAR form. 35 was other suspicious activities, which is now 38. 38a is still account takeover, but unauthorized electronic intrusion was removed. The previous form also did not have 42 - cyber events.

I believe these changes were made around 2018.
