In case anyone else has this question in the future, I did run it by legal counsel, and this was the response: The Conservator steps into the shoes of Person A for purposes of managing his financial affairs including joint accounts with a spouse. The Conservator has the same rights on the joint account as Person A had so you can provide information to the Conservator and allow the Conservator to access the joint account just like the customer could.
