I'm fairly new to the CRA space and have been tasked with analyzing the data from our most recent public evaluation against our previous exam peer banks public evaluation and a few regional peer banks (by asset size).

We are trying to come up with goals/KPIs so that we can rate higher on our lending test for the next exam.

We're wondering if we should analyze the data by % of loans based on asset size? Or dollar amount of loans based on asset size?

Any suggestions, recommendations, or strategies you have found helpful is appreciated.

You should capture the "performance context" data, (loan market and demographics) that examiners use to develop your performance benchmarks.

If you want to know more about this pm me.
