We are a federally chartered thrift with our "home office" in ND but offices also in MN. Anyone know if the new MN predatory lending law applies to us?

Can you tell me what the statute is, I'm not aware of any new predatory lending law.

Very late response but I just pulled this law myself. Looks to me like the only sections that would apply to you have to do with the prepayment penalties (Section 8, subdivision 2.)
