Husband and wife come to bank and make a deposit. Multiple persons box is checked, Part I is completed on front and another Part 1 is completed on back of CTR. Question in Section B does e - conducted on own behalf need to be checked also?

If section B is blank, all reasons must be checked off. And e- conducted on own behalf applies here, so check it off.

Also, as a reminder...anyone else on the account benefits from the deposit as well. They do not have to necessarily come in together to make the deposit. Each account owner benefits from a cash deposit into an account.
