Why do I feel like I am in the dark about this program?
I understand...
-It is mandatory...
-There are fines for non-compliance...
-There have been a few threads here already...
-We need to sign up...

What I don't understand is what we do with it after we sign up. I have visited the website and it is geared towards merchants and consumers, not FI's.
We don't seem to receive the Global Ops Bulletins which may explain my lack of understanding...although I did obtain #8 which says refer to 7 and six
