I thought I'd send an update. As you know, tomorrow is the big day. Natalie will be admitted today at Children's Memorial. Tomorrow's schedule looks like this: 6am - Mom reports to Northwestern 7am - Mom wheeled in to surgery approx. 11am - Natalie's surgery to start at Children's Mom's surgery is expected to be around 6 hours and Natalie's will be 12+. Following surgeries mom will be discharged probably by Friday from Northwestern. Natalie will (most likely) be in-patient for a month. I have addresses, etc. of where they will be staying if anyone is interested. Just PM me. If you would like to send Natalie a card Click Here Let's continue to keep our fellow BOLer and her special bear in our prayers. Thanks everyone ~ I know they appreciate it.

It all started with this post last October. Lots of prayers have been offered, and many more will continue. I pray that God guides the doctors and nurses caring for you both. I pray that God gives your family and friends strength and faith to hold you up, now and always. And most of all, I pray that the Holy Spirit is with you both during your healing time. God bless, Becca and Natalie, and please keep us posted when you can.

Although I'm on pins & needles and can "bearly" concentrate, I don't expect any updates today. Hopefully I'll have something tonight or in the morning. I'll pass along anything as soon as I hear.
Keep the prayers coming, not only for Becca & Natalie, but for Jason who has his 2 loved ones undergoing major surgery at different hospitals.
