Tonight's update:
Natalie was taken back into surgery around 5pm because heart rate rose and her blood pressure dropped. She also began bleeding out her JP drain. Her abdomen was getting so distended that her kidneys were having a hard time keeping up. During the surgery, they removed many blood clots and her kidneys were able to begin producing urine. The hepatic artery is still good with blood flow. They say this is a normal set back, but aren't sure what caused the bleed - possibly from the heparin used to thin her blood after the last surgery. She was out of surgery around 7pm.
Please keep the prayers coming - unfortunately, the rollercoaster ride isn't over yet.

Today's email has much better news 
Natalie is stable and had a CT scan today. The blood flow is good and there appears to be minimal damage to her new liver from the blockage over the weekend. The doctors are still assuming that the bleed yesterday was from the heparin. Her liver function numbers are improving. Her incision is still open and will most likely remain that way until Friday.
Becca's JP drain was taken out today and she is feeling much, much, much better.
Prayers are being answered. He is listening - let's keep praying.
God is good.
All the time.
