Your individual state may address these. The amount, at least in Texas, is not regulated. This is usually a free trade, market driven item. So it depends on your state. (The state forums further down in the list may be of help if you want more specifics.)

It has been my experience that this is very market driven (as Andy said). Check the other local banks to get a high and low and then you will be able to price accordingly based on your business plan.
