The bank treats Revocable Living Trusts as accounts covered by Regulation DD, even though the accounts are not technically "personal-family- or household use", due to the trustees are the grantors of the trust.

The bank does not overtly allow conversion of funds or breach of fudicary duty in regards to checks, but is there any statuatory or UCC requirement prohibiting overdraft privilege rights for the checks drawn on the trust account?

The overdraft program is properly disclosed as a discretionary service and not misleading- been reviewed by examiners.

Typically Overdraft Privileges at banks are applied to consumer, household accounts. My 'thought' is there is no UCC statutory application here, it is which you accounts (not ownerships) do you authorize this service?
