I'm looking for procedures to follow when doing a quality control review of Freddie Mac mortgages. Does anyone have procedures they are willing to share?
Go to the Freddie Mac website and go to search and type in quality control and you will be given several links to help you. I believe it is Chapter 48 that discusses QC requirements. Use this as your basis. This should help. www.freddiemac.com

D. Collins, Just for your information we have a 3rd party perform our qualtiy control audits. The name of the company is Tena. We have had several Freddie Mac audits and they have been satisfied with Tena's audits.
