I am identifying NAICS codes for high risk customers. What are others using for these categories?

Currency Exchange Houses
Money Transmitters
Plane Dealerships
Import/Export Companies
Construction
Antique Dealers
Auctioneers
Ship, bus and plane operators
Sellers of pre-paid phone cards

Appreciate your assistance!

Dolly, do you mean what are we using in our system to identify these types of customers? For loan customers, we did sort by NAICS codes to find the industries we wanted to flag as high risk.

For deposit accounts not linked to borrowing accounts, we had to go through account names to find those that looked like cash businesses (restaurant or cafe in name, for example).

I can get our list of NAICS codes that was provided by Jack Henry from our Support Center, but meanwhile there are also websites, such as http://www.naics.com/search.htm, that allow you to search the for the class codes.

That was a big help, however, I am still looking for a code for 1) money transmitters (such as Western Union); 2) import/export companies ; 3) offshore corporations and banks; 4) parking garages

Can anyone help?

Thanks Dolly. I'm really desperate for import/export companies and money transmitters since we have several of these type customers.

If you go to the website linked above and search on the word "antique," you'll find several codes that should be included in your list. I didn't have any luck with import/export companies or sellers of pre-paid phone cards.
