Can anyone confirm if banks chartered in Utah must file SARs with the state? I'm getting conflicting information when searching. Thanks!

I thought every bank had to file SARs regarless of 'status'

The question wasn't if a bank in Utah needed to file a SAR with FinCEN, it was if it needed to also be sent to the State of Utah.

Answer: it does.

SAR's filed in the state of Utah both go to FinCEN and the State.
