Could anyone help me with where to find a Bio-Hazard policy? Our Senior Management would like to see this incorporated into our Security Policy.

Does your state require a bio-hazard policy? If not, I wouldn't do it.

If they do require it one of the best resources I've found is the County Health Department. When I was a school administrator we were required to have a policy and proceedures in place. The health dept furnished us with all the materials and certified me and one other administrator as trainers so we could meet the State's requirements. All at no cost!

Why do you want a Bio-hazard policy? Where are you expecting the threat to come from? Walk in customers? Mail? If the mail, check with your local post office. There are often discussion groups of users and the USPS is often invited. They may be able to hook you up.
