Are there any specific statutes are regulations that require each authorized owner of a Certificate of Deposit to sign the original CD? For example, husband, wife and daughter are named as co-owners of CD; daughter lives out of state. In order for the CD to be a "legal" account, is the daughter required to sign the face of the certificate?

We do not have signatures on our CDs, the signatures of all co-owners are kept on the signature cards.

Our CD is also our signature card and we do require the signatures of all owners.
