Is an overdraft protection program tied to a business checking account considered reportable for the CRA Small Business Data report?

Yes, they are reportable.

I asked about the call report because the same terms would apply. We have non-profits in small business checking accounts who's overdrafts would not be reported, but we also have those that would be reported. If it's on the call report as a reportable line, it's reportable. If not...it's not.
