Help. I am the new Security Officer. The last time the previous Security Officer reported to the Board was May, 2003! (Yikes).
I want to create an Annual Report and I am not sure whether I should try to report everything that has happened since May, 2003 or just pick-up what has happened in the last year?
I'm sure this has happened to someone else out there, but I could not locate any guidance in previous threads.
