We have a customer who has had numerous forged checks passed on his account. Does anyone have an Excel spreadsheet to streamline the process of completing the affidavits?

I type the basic information into one affidavit (name, account number, etc) and then make copies. The onlything I have to put on the copies is the specific check information.

But I don't have an excel spreadsheet.

Good tip.

A few years ago someone had such a spreadsheet program, but I think I lost it when my hard drive crashed late last year.

Gotta love those hard drive crashes!!
