I like beans and cornbread...but only when my grandma makes them. (Mom's are terrible...and mine aren't much better!)

picky as well - no vegetables, ever. If it has meat, it will get eaten. Dairy products are not an issue. Try something new...never.

No No No. The way you scramble eggs is to cook the bacon first, then scramble the eggs without draining the pan.(I'll probably get nasty letters from the Heart Association for that one)

I fry my homemade hashbrowns in the bacon grease. YUMMY!
The kids prefer their scrambled eggs (it gags me to make them) with a little milk and tons of mild cheddar cheese.

I try not to make eggs of any kind, especially with cheese... My daughter likes them...

I can't even stand the smell...but I really don't want my kids to grow up to be picky like me.
My 11 year old daughter loves to try and gross me out. She can usually succeed by eating a spoonful of parmesan cheese or cottage cheese. ICK!

Oh my goodness! I knew that you two were a little picky, but C'MON!!
I will eath ALMOST anything. I LOVE steak and potatoes....any kind. I make killer mashed potatoes and I love fries. a good baked potato is hard to beat and my cheesy hashbrowns are TO DIE FOR.
Things that swim (used to live in water) are EXCELLENT fileted just so with a nice batter and pan-fried. Shrimp....oh yeah! Lobster...okay, it gives me a migraine and tastes like dirt. Clams, crab, shark, swordfish!!!! Oh man, Jen, you're missing out.
For a guy who LOVES to cook for his woman, I'm a bit frightened to find out what I CAN'T cook when I get another opportunity. You got me scared!!
For the record, I LOVE scrambled eggs with cheese and browned sausage in there. My kids will eat that all day long.
Tex, the salty cornbread has got to go. I'm a transplanted northern guy and Jiffy is where it's at! LOL.

Sunday's game was AWESOME. I was constantly harassed by the cardinals fans in the area and to see Perez hit that Grand Slam and for soft hitting Henry Blanco to keep them in the game. simply amazing.

OK, new date request. Dinner at the High-Maintenance Cafe, followed by a moonlight stroll along the beach.

File under picky eaters:
I like rice, but not in burritos. For those east of California, a "Burrito" is a Mexican themed food consisting of various cooked meats often in combination with beans, cheese, onions and salsa rolled up in a thin flat flour pancake known as a "Tortilla". They are quite tasty, unless they put rice in them.

this thread has been streched in so many directions, I'm surprised there isn't a big 'ol hole in the middle.
There is a hole in it, Kitten. Ang is missing this week..you'll be missing after that. Holes are forming.

A burrito in New Mexico:
Beef, chicken, chorizo, beans, rolled in a flour tortilla topped with cheese, green or red chili, or both. Lettuce tomato usually on the side... Breakfast burritos are different.
