My friend did that.. it was a mess.. everything was good for the first few months.. then all hell broke lose after they decided it wasn't workin out.. and then they startin fightin and arguin over the lease.. and he would find his clothes in the parkin lot from where she threw them out... long story short.. he moved out.. and still had to pay his half for the lease they were under... I advise you to be careful and know for sure it's what you and the other individual wants...and not just some fling that would leave you hurt and out of money. Good luck.
