Did anyone else have a problem with getting an email saying that the 2004 data you submitted electronically near the end of the month was rejected as being 2003 data, despite the fact that it really was 2004 data?

Several of my clients had this problem this year, and I'm curious to see how widespread it was. All of the data was verified as being 2004 data and resubmitted exactly as it was before and accepted.
