I don't think there is an official deadline for resubmission but I wouldn't wait to June to do it.

While there may be no "official" resubmission deadline (they place a date on reports to you but they seem to allow some variance because of the volumes they are processing), there are some firm deadlines that the FRB has for getting data on CD-ROM and therefore to work back from.

The data becomes public in August (except it might be Sept this year). The data is sent to a third party to compile and convert for use in their program. I have usually found that agencies start to seriously frown on submissions after March 31 and seem to have mid-April drop dead dates to begin the CD process.

Therefore, if you want your new information rather than old info to be reported to the world, I would target the end of March.
