I know that we all know that this is just insane. I would like to think nobody I know would actually try to unlock an account with that information, but I know better. I don't even HAVE an account with an M&I Bank. Just wanted to share for the sake of our customers. Please pass this on if you are a banker for M&I - and to your customers if you are not!!
