What's with bankers and cheesecakes. I have over 40 recipes I've developed for cheesecakes. One won Amateur Chef of the Year in Washington State...which was not half a cool as the other two that won blue ribbons at the Alaska State Fair (you're nobody as a cook if you can't win a ribbon at some sort of a fair I hear...LOL)

I think I'll go home early and cook....

I won a blue ribbon once at the fair for flower arranging. Can't say much for my cooking, but I make a mean margarita!

I'd take a bucket of mean margaritas over a cheesecake ANYDAY! Infact...tonight might be good LOL

One more comment about margueritas and cheesecakes. I have combined the two once and made a marguerita cheesecake - without salt. It was mighty tasty. I'd also love to pick the brain of Dawnie who won the blue ribbon. Baking is stress relief for me.

So, we need to put together a Compliance Officer Favorite Recipes Book? One page is food - the other is drinks?

Louvera, the one page for food is okay but how about several pages for drinks? Maybe, the whole thing for drinks and an addendum for food. Maybe BOL could start a separate index for food and CO drinks.

We could all make drinks and change the name of this Friday thread to "Friday Inebriety"
