We are updating our passbooks and I can't find if there is anything required to go in them. Below is what is written in them

"THIS NOTICE SUPERSEDES ANY TERMS AND CONDITIONS PREVIOUSLY ISSUED, OR CONTAINED HEREIN,CONCERNING THIS SAVINGS ACCOUNT
The depositor(s) by opening or maintaining a savings account with this Financial Institution agree(s) to be governed by the terms and conditions of the Financial Institution applicable to this account. A disclosure containing the terms and conditions is provided at account opening and is available upon request. The Financial Institution may change any term of this agreement and will give the depositor(s) reasonable notice in writing or
by any other method permitted by law.

This passbook should be presented for every deposit or withdrawal. If this book is lost or stolen notify this Financial Institution immediately"

I'm crosseyed trying to update all our paper.

Funny, that is what I'm looking for right now, just 9 months later. Basically our passbooks have the same verbiage you stated, but we took out the statement that passbook required for deposits. We include the Massachusetts 18/65 law verbiage for reduced fees. Did you find out any other information required?
