The local police have contacted me and have asked for my assistance in identifying the issuer of a credit card. The first six digits are 708886. I know it is not one of the 4 major credit card issuers, and could be a department store card or some other type. Does anyone know of a resource that will give the issuing entity? Thanks for any assistance anyone can lend.
