Would anyone have or know where I can find training materials on 12 CFR 9 (Fiduciary Activities of National Banks)?

Thanks for any assistance.

The OCC Asset Management Handbook Series may be of assistance to you. These handbooks are available for download and define the examination process and procedures in the various trust areas.

If you are looking for specific training in Trust, I recommend [url=http://www.cannonfinancial.com/]Cannon Financial [/url. Cannon has a variety of training programs in the Wealth Management series, and all are very good anc comprehensive.

An additional site you may wish to check out is the Fiduciary and Investment Risk Management Association website The FIRMA is an organization for Trust and Investment Compliance and Audit professionals. MBG was very active in the launching of the FIRMA's website and the organization of its content.

Take a look at these three information sources and see if there is something there to help.
