final loan application

patsfan1224 100 Club Joined: Feb 2005 Posts: 135 patriot nation	Does anyone know if it's a state regulation to have a "final" loan application signed at closing or in the loan file? if it is where would I find that information? I appreciate any help anyone can provide.
