With the new HMDA changes.. I say new but those that were in effect January 1, 2004... How does the examiners evaluate multifamily loans since then in the CRA exam?

Not sure what you are asking. Purchase, refinance or improvements for a multifamily project would HMDA reportable. It could also possibly be Community Development if it happens to fit that definition.

Nothing changed in the evaluation process for multi-families. I'm with KC though...I'm not sure what you're asking
