I am very new to lending compliance and I was trained not to report Short term loans. I have looked through the CRA manual and the reg and I am not able to find what actually qualifies as a "short term loan". Would you be able to clarify that for me? There is no such thing as a "short term" loan in regards to CRA. A loan is a loan. If it's reportable, you need to include it no matter the term.

HMDA has a term associaton, CRA does not.
