Has anyone heard of charging a Yield Spread on a home equity LINE of credit?? I'm not sure why a YSP would be charged on a line, but this new initiative came across my desk and I'm not sure how to handle it. It appears RESPA doesn't contemplate YSP on lines. Any thoughts?

Since lines may never be used, how would a YSP be calculated and how would this be considered a secondary market transaction, as there is a very limited secondary market for HELOCS.
