Our bank currently uses IRIS software for our DVRs. But we want to look at alternatives to IRIS. Can anyone recommend a DVR software that they are happy with? We are having an issue with the Operating System that runs the software. Any input is greatly appreciated.

We just installed a Lanex system in one of our branches. I have not had a chance to use it yet, but I was impressed with the demo. I plan on implementing this in my other branches as well.

We use Lanex and have been happy with it as well.

We also use Lanex systems in all our branhces. I have been very pleased with the system so far. It seems to be very user-friendly.

We are also using the IRIS system and have had two mother boards crash on us with no reimbursement for loss of use from the company that installed or from the manufacturer. We were unable to use at two branches for 6 months! However, since that time, we have had no other problems. Have you experienced similar problems?
