We are having single key self serve boxes installed at a new location. These boxes do not require a guard key for access nor do they require customer signatures for access (at least I think so based on a previous employers set up of the same). I have searched high and low to find a contract for self-serve boxes but I can only find ones for true custodial safe deposit boxes. Can someone direct me where I may find a sample self-serve box contract? The bank is located in Kentucky.
