I posted this in my state specific forum (NY) but with no luck. There's probably a state specific requirement, but I will take any answer at this point (at least I can get an idea then). How long do you keep restraining notices and information subpoenas for which the bank does not have a positive 'hit'? Thanks!

i think we've kept most everythign since our inception 20 years ago...it's all in archives!
