We are looking for an easier way to compare our 314a lists. We use JHA Silverlake software and do have an option on the OFAC menu to run a FinCEN list. The problem is how do we acquire the file to run? Does FinCEN have a secure website, so that we can download the list? I've seen mention of it in the FinCEN fact sheet, but when I click on the link it says it is temporarily unavailable.
Or do we have to take our list and create our own file to run for comparison?

Thanks

I use JHA and Silverlake and when FinCen emails the lists they send a master list in text format for business and for people which can be opened in excel and saved as a .cvs file. JHA documentation has instructions for saving the file and uploading to you AS400 and running their option(found in the OFAC Tracking menu) to compare the uploaded names. It then prints a suspect match report. Contact JHA support for help with the process or check your Silverlake OFAC documentation.
