Do the updated Q&A questions only impact FDIC and OCC banks? I was looking at them in the Federal Register and these were the only two agencies who listed to be contacted. Does the changes only the OTS made last year impact this?

Those are PROPOSED updates and a solicitation for comments.
IMO they will not apply to OTS instititions
