Does anyone have sample language to include in a contract with a vendor who will conduct CIP on our behalf? For example, an attorney or mortgage broker? Thanks.

Bump? Does anyone rely on 3rd parties to conduct CIP on your behalf?

You should include in your contract the specific tasks you expect your vendor to perform. We have a student loan program and the college must complete our CIP form and send the form, along with a copy of the student's ID to designated bank department for verification and keying to our system. (This information is not maintained in the loan file.)
