Hello,

I'm thinking of alternatives to our current flood insurance monitoring system. Can anyone provide suggestions to any vendor software designed for flood insurance monitoring? Is software available that can generate the mandatory letters automatically when the insurance ticklers aren't updated? What types of software/vendors are other banks using?

Thanks.

Most banks use their standard loan exception/insurance tracking software to track flood issues. I am not aware of a specific software designed for flood issues that will generate the required letters, etc. Business idea????

At my last Bank, we used Baker-Hill to track Hazard and Flood Insurance (among other things). We would download the data monthly from our Loan Servicing system (Bisys). In Baker-Hill you can set up ticklers for expiration dates and have standard letters to borrowers generate if the tickler is not updated.
