I file my CTR's electronically in batches. Can DEP forms be electroncially filed in a batch of their own? Or does their have to be CTR's included in the batch?
At one time I had read something that said that FinCEN could not accept DEP's in batches by themselves. I can't find anything on the FinCEN's website saying if this has changed or not.

I had trouble filing DEP's in batch form so I submitted each individually (about 35). It wasn't difficult, just took some time to submit each individually.
