Len & Don, out of the banks you are helping that chose to be examined as ISBs, how many have you seen that have CRA committees?

Virtually every bank client of ours has a CRA Committee. Of all my clients who are ISB-size lenders, only 4 have elected to not report and therefore will be examined under the ISB test for community development.
