Y'all are a bunch of WHINERS!!!

It's suposed to hit 15 today but be 15 below tonight. Been snowing all day. It's kinda like I live in Alaska....

I'm BACCCKKKKKK!!!!! I miss French Speaking Canadians and their REALLY good French Wine. Their drugs are lovely, their bread is fine, and their airplanes are full of nice people.

(If I could just rant for 45 seconds....DELTA SUCKS) There I feel so much better now.

I'm on drugs for the next six weeks (Slipped a disc in Canada and apparently get to take happy pills to keep from suffering for a while) so whatever I say...take with two asprin, three narcotics and a glass of wine and call me in the morning Or just ignore me

Delta quote when the plane was landing late in the wrong terminal with the next flight leaving in 8 mins and me with a cane, asking for a cart to pick me up...."Honey now's not the time to get lazy"

Hey there was a misstaken poster and I'm shocked that Andy didn't catch it. The bugs in Texas aren't over 5'2 (they're more in the five foot range) but the copper heads are and they greet you at the front door! It's a lovely place!

El Segundo is one of the many cities in the Los Angeles area. It's where the LA Airport is located.

Did DELTA *really* say that? UGH! I don't even know how to respond. You poor thing. Take your pills and get some rest.

I feel your pain. My first bad kidney stone was when I was in Boston a few years back. Being sick on the road is the worst.

Glad you made it back and are on the road to recovery. But let me throw this out, for arguments sake. Get rid of the pills and the wine, go to silver duct tape. It'll get your back in alignment, help your posture and act as a foundation for that gown you can design when off work.

Where the heart is
Those Santa Ana winds just knocked down my fence and keep threatening for the power (and cable!) to go out! Ohhhh.. the pain of a So. Cal. winter...

My lawn is bone dry but I need for the next door neighbor to turn on HIS sprinklers so my lawn will get some water. (My sprinklers are busy watering the lawn on the other side!)

It was in the 80's again today.

Well, actually, if I walk across the street I am in Manhattan Beach and I live a little south in Long Beach. Not to rub it in, but driving in this morning the temperature was 72. Today is one of those days I stop on the way home in Signal Hill. From there I can see snow capped mountains and also the coastline and Catalina Island. (the wind has blown all the smog away).

Can you believe it? Here in Wyoming it's going to be 63 degrees today. We usually have snow and highs in the low to mid teens. We are in for a dry summer - drought conditions will be extreme. Pray the park doesn't burn up again.

All of us in this country are praying for something. It would be nice to see some white! It is supposed to be 61 today. We haven't even had any below zero weather yet this winter. My goldfish are still basking in the warmth of their pond outside.

Ok, I know I'm bringing up an issue that was beat to death already, but at that time we were having a mild winter. So now it's my turn.

Currently, it is -13 degrees with a windchill of -30 degrees. Tomorrow is supposed to be -19 with windchills of -35 to -50.

Now I wish I would have bought a parking pass for the ramp.

And the low on Friday morning in Dallas is going to be 12. TWELVE. That is just wrong.

Don't think I'm rude, but I don't feel too bad for you at the moment. I would love to have 12 degrees. that would be a 25 degree increase.

Tonight the low is 5 degrees with a windchill of -10. That's too cold for me. Plus they are predicting some snow (1-2 inches). Brrrr!!!

Yeah, but you live where it is SUPPOSED to be cold!!

When it's summer you can laugh at us, reporting how many 100+ days we have, while you bask in the low 70s or something.

I hate to burst your bubble, but it gets above 90 here numerous times in the summer. The Ohio Valley is a strange place at times.

It seemed warm enough to Tampa Bay. I thought the cold would stifle them. I lost.

I remember those days, living on the HiLine in Montana. We had 60 on Sunday and Monday. It started raining Monday evening and now we have 6 to 8 inches of snow, 3 - 5 more predicted today and it is 5 degrees. We are under a heavy snow warning. Amazingly enough everything is business as usual, even the school buses were on time.

I hear y'all. Currently it is 4 degrees but feels like -9 degrees. However, I can say that I would much rather have it be cold and sunny then snowing/raining and dark. A radio dj said this morning that if you can survive January, February in this bitter cold then you've got it made.
