...present your small bank CRA data to the Board? Is there a set format that is meaningful and easily absorbed?

I don't really need a software solution (at least I don't think I do). I just need to see if what we do now is the best that can be done.

If you pm me I can send you a one page "Self-Assessment" form that distills your most important CRA performance data and arranges it for comparison to market data that are the benchmarks against which your bank's performance will be compared. I also suggest some graphs showing the LMI tract penetration rate, the percentage of your loans to LMI borrowers, etc. And a map or two would be really effective too.
