Does anyone have a letter they send when closing an account due to suspected check kiting?

My letter just states that "due to the way the account is being handled, we feel it is best to discontinue the account relationship." They pretty well know what you are talking about and quietly go away.

Same here. Banks generally say they don't like the way the account is being handled.
