Is anyone aware of a state law regarding the taping of phone conversations? This is in relation to fraud prevention and UCC4a controls over wire transfers. Thanks.

Oklahoma is a one-party consent state: Okla. Stat. Ann. tit. 13, ยง176.4(5).

However, it should be included in the wire transfer agreement and therefor you would have both party's consent.
