We are closing a customer's account that we suspect is structuring. His wife and son are also on the account. When we closed the account due to the fact that they are on this account, will we also have to close the individual accounts of the wife and son? He is not on either one of their personal accounts. Thanks for your help

You can do what ever you want. There is no regulatory requirement to close the account in the first place. It is purely a risk based decision by the bank.
