I'm being questioned & I'm doubting myself.

We have an AA that includes 2 whole counties in a MSA. We recently added a branch in a contigious county, but the county is outside the MSA & we've only designated several tracts in the southern part of that county to be in our AA.

I think we need a separate AA for this new branch since it is outside of the MSA. In addition, the tracts in the southern part of the county are not contigious to any of the other tracts in the MSA that are included in our current AA.

Am I correct that we need a separate AA for our new branch that is outside the MSA?
