Don't know if I'd say better, but Stewart Copeland is right up there with him.
Phil Ehart is pretty dang good - not as splashy as Copeland or Ehart, but very solid at some complex stuff.
Ginger Baker was also excellent.

Not necessarily a song, but sometimes, just a note can do it to me. Like the high note in Memories from Cats, or Music of the Night from Phantom of the Opera. "...Close your eyes and let music set you free..." Kind of makes your throat catch. Heck, I cry during the Star Spangled Banner!
