Am I crazy or did I read there is a new flood determination form banks are to start using February 4th????

Debbie, you aren't crazy. There is a new form. You can find it here. I don't remember when it became available, but the new form expires on 10/31/05.

The new form came out late last year. It is dated Oct 02 (in the bottom left hand corner) and indicates is expires October 31, 2005 (in the top right hand corner). You must be using it by March 1, 2003. See OCC Bulletin 2002-46 for more information.
