Is insurance required to be disclosed on the GFE for a Second Mortgage? My reading of RESPA leads me to believe that it is. I'd like some input, though. Thanks!

Unfortunately, this depends on the interpretation of the local field examiners. It is safe to say "yes" in all cases, but some examiners have said "no" (the Sioux Falls, SD OCC office, for instance has put it in writing). I would call my local examiners but get their answer in writing if it is "no."
